Returns
Not in love with your gear? You've got 30 days to send it back, no questions asked.
How it works
- Email returns@technerds.co.uk with your order ID.
- We'll send you a free pre-paid return label within 24 hours.
- Pop the item back in its original packaging — that includes all cables and accessories.
- Drop it off at any post office or arrange a courier collection.
- Refunds land in your account 3–5 working days after we receive the return.
Custom builds
Bespoke gaming PCs and made-to-order configurations carry a 14-day return window with a 15% restocking fee. We'll always swap parts free of charge if anything's defective.
What can't be returned
- Software or digital licences once activated.
- Consumables (thermal paste, cleaning kits) once opened.
- Items damaged through misuse — but get in touch, we'll often help anyway.
Faulty on arrival?
That's on us. We'll cover collection, replacement and any inconvenience. Drop us a line within 48 hours of delivery and we'll sort it.
