What's covered
- 2 years on all Tech Nerds custom-built systems — parts and labour.
- Manufacturer warranty on individual components (typically 1–3 years).
- Lifetime tech support from the team that built your machine.
Optional Nerd Care+
Upgrade to Nerd Care+ at checkout (£79–£199 depending on system) and we'll cover accidental damage, free collection, and 48-hour turnaround for the duration of your cover.
How to claim
- Email warranty@technerds.co.uk with your order ID and a description of the issue (photos help).
- A technician triages within 24 hours and either fixes remotely or arranges collection.
- Repairs take 5–7 working days on average. Loan units available for business customers.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this warranty affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We're happy to talk you through anything — drop us a line.
